Not connecting Creatr HS... com via Simplify3D

Hallo,


Het lukt mij niet om verbinding te maken met de creatr HS. Ik heb simplify3D en de FTDIO driver geinstalleerd maar ik kan geen verbinding krijgen met de printer via USB. Bij "machine controll panel" op connect krijg ik het volgende te zien:


Attempting connection at \\.\COM4...

Testing plaintext communication protocol...

Testing binary communication protocol...

Attempting RTS reset and trying again...

Connection failed.

Hier had ik ook last van.

Als je de usb kabel in de printer en computer doet verschijnt er dan rechts onder in de hoek dat er een usb apparaat is aangesloten?


Ik heb het op kunnen lossen door de printer aan te sluiten op een andere usb poort.

Dear Cedrick,


Did you try installing the latest updates for the Creatr HS printer?


If not please follow the steps in the links below and first install the software and then the firmware.


Update CreatrHS Stand-Alone software


Flash new firmware on the CreatrHS


And remember to input the offsets: (it requires a connection to Simplify but if your updates are installed the connection should no longer be a issue)

Set extruder offset for your CreatrHS (M50)


If you still can`t connect please open a support ticket and we will do our best to help you solve the issue as fast as possible.
